AGM Info & Packages

We’re pleased to share that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled for Monday, May 25th, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at Terwillegar Community Church (1751 Towne Centre Blvd NW, Edmonton).

The AGM is a great opportunity to stay informed, hear updates on the community, and connect with the Board and Management team. We’ll be reviewing community operations, discussing ongoing maintenance, and answering any questions residents may have.

An AGM package with full details will be mailed to each home in advance of the meeting.

Please note:

Each property is entitled to one vote

Up to seven (7) resident Board positions are available

To be eligible as a Director, residents must be members in good standing
