Have you noticed the dog‑waste bag dispensers along the community pathways? These were originally installed—and continue to be replenished—by members of our HOA. Their efforts help keep our shared spaces clean and enjoyable for everyone. Please contact triona@cosgravemanagement.com if you notice the bags need to be replenished.
Community Planters
The Board of Directors hopes everyone is enjoying the 14 community planters located throughout the neighbourhood. These planters are designed and maintained by VP Planters, with seasonal summer and winter arrangements approved by the Board to help keep our community looking its best.
